Name tags will be handled at the organizers desk upon exhibitor’s arrival to the exhibition hall.

Uniforms:

The hostesses service provider does not provide special uniforms. If an exhibitor wishes to have the stand hostesses dressed in a special uniform/dress code; this must be requested from the hostesses service provider at least one month before the event and will be at an additional cost to be determined by the hostesses service provider.

Upgraded Shell Scheme Panel Printing (optional)

Basic Shell Scheme Specification

Stand Construction
The stand structure is composed of square-profile aluminum framing with white MDF infill wall panels. The total height of the stand is 2.5 meters. A fascia runs along all open sides of the stand, featuring a clean, rectangular design that incorporates aluminum and MDF sections.

Fascia Name Board
The fascia includes the exhibitor’s name and stand number, displayed in a consistent font and all capital letters, as required by the organiser.

Rear & Dividing Walls
Rear and dividing walls are constructed using aluminum framing with white MDF infill panels. Each panel measures approximately 1 meter wide by 2.5 meters high. These panels offer a smooth surface suitable for branding and custom graphics.

Lighting
Standard lighting will be provided using mounted spotlights on the overhead aluminum beam(s) to ensure general stand illumination.
